MT Software offers desktop and mobile software applications, including MayTay Finance — a personal finance management application available for iPhone, iPad, Mac, Windows, and Linux. Apple-platform versions may sync through the user's iCloud account. Windows and Linux builds are local-only. Our products are premade, ready-to-use software. We do not offer custom development, consulting, or bespoke services of any kind.
2. License
Upon purchase or download, MT Software grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to install and use the software on your own devices for personal or business use. You may not redistribute, sublicense, rent, or resell the software.
3. Pricing
MayTay Finance is currently provided at no cost. There is no active paid subscription for MayTay Finance on this website. Future optional financial resources or recommendations may be offered only if they can be presented without collecting sensitive financial data.
4. Local Data and iCloud
MayTay Finance stores app data on the user's device. On iPhone, iPad, and Mac, users may sync through their own Apple iCloud account. MT Software does not operate servers that receive or process MayTay Finance app data. Windows and Linux versions are local-only and do not include iCloud sync.

6. Privacy
MT Software does not collect or access your financial app data. Apple-platform sync, when enabled, is handled through the user's Apple iCloud account. Please review our Privacy Policy for full details.

Our software is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. MT Software does not guarantee the software will be error-free, uninterrupted, or suited to your specific needs.

8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MT Software shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products, including loss of data or financial loss.
